Passengers cheer as 2 women thrown off easyJet plane for shouting Alla hu Akbar

A plane full of passengers cheered as two women were escorted off an easyJet flight for shouting ‘Allahu Akbar’.

They were ‘causing all sorts of drama’ on a flight from Prague to London Stansted on Valentine’s Day.

Passenger Thomas Hayward said: ‘They were being really loud, having strange conversations at the top of their lungs and refusing to be quiet.

‘At one point they even shouted ‘Allahu Akbar’ – despite being two white British girls.’

Allahu Akbar is an Arabic phrase meaning ‘God is most great’.

The 25-year-old captured the moment officers boarded the flight at Stansted Airport to take them away, and the plane erupted into cheers.

Thomas was on his way back to London after a romantic holiday with girlfriend Megan Nisbet, 25.

He said: ‘It was quite late at night and the flight attendant had told them if they didn’t stop being disruptive we might not be allowed to land.’

Fortunately, the plane landed shortly after 9pm where police were waiting to greet the two girls.
